Founded in 2011, Xiamen Kingdom Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., LTD is the first fund management company approved by xiamen, focusing on PE & VC investment and industry integration opportunities in China’s strategic emerging industries.

Kingdom Capital is based in the financial center of China southern coast—Xiamen, having offices and investment teams in Shanghai, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Nanning, , Beijing, Shenzhen, and Jiangsu. Since establishment, Kingdom Capital has managed over thirty RMB funds, including several government industry guidance funds, the total asset under management is around 10 billion RMB.

Kingdom Capital has four main investment divisions—Smart Vehicle, Environmental Friendly Material, Aerospace & Military, and New Generation IT. Portfolio companies include leaders in Power Battery & New Material, Smart Vehicle, IC, Quantum Technology, and Environmental Protection Equipment industries. As of late 2017, the average IRR of Kingdom Capital’s exit funds is 69% and net profit achieved is 1.5 Billion RMB, created substantial return for investors. Kingdom Capital also received “Large Tax Payer” title from Xiamen government for contributing 300 million RMB tax payment to local government.
